Andy is an experienced board director and business growth specialist. He is the author of ‘The Growth Director’s Secret’, published by Bloomsbury. He has 30 years’ experience in senior marketing and strategy roles in the UK, Europe and Asia and has worked at corporations including P&G, Boots, Barclays Bank, Sky Broadcasting and Hutchison Whampoa. “My executive career has been about helping businesses to grow faster and more profitably. I have always valued the independent thinking and original insights that the best consultancies could bring, and now it’s very satisfying to add value in this way for our Think Again client businesses. When not working, I have a particular passion for travelling, especially in Southern Africa - the further away from civilisation, laptops and mobile phones - the better!"

Sandy is a marketing strategist and board advisor, specialising in strategic growth planning. She has over 25 years’ experience in commercial leadership and strategy development across healthcare, beauty, retail, FMCG, legal and financial services. “I have built start-ups and worked for blue-chip corporations including Boots and AXA PPP healthcare, as well as AIM-floated businesses – all of which, I have loved. However, what I particularly relish about my role as founding partner at Think Again, is the diversity, challenge (and high!), which comes with sharing new insights with clients and supporting their businesses to grow and thrive. On a personal note - I love adventure travel. My toughest challenge to-date, was completing an 815-day overland expedition around the world in a Land-Rover.”

Andrew specialises in helping organisations grow, especially during digital transformation. He has 25 years’ C-suite commercial experience at leading multinationals (P&G, Coke, Nestle, Muller, Boots, WPP) and 9 years’ entrepreneurial experience launching and selling two start-ups (one to private equity, one to a trade sale). He is a former UK marketer of the year and has been based in Hong Kong for the last 5 years. “I love the high-energy, growth-focus of the Asian market - but as I am a Visiting Fellow at Durham University Business School – that still allows me the opportunity to return to the north-east to give marketing lectures and watch Newcastle United!”
